Hi guys I am new here, I am ready to set my boat on fire LOL joking. I need some help, I have 1991 Chris Craft 228 concept, I had rebuild starter, alternator and mechanical fuel pump, also replaced starter solenoid and distributor finger. Now boat will not even crank, I have no power to anything no radio itc. If I hardwire the starter at the solenoid or even the ignition switch than the motor will crank. Battery is fully charged. how could I loose power to everything? I was thinking maybe bad ground but its not like a car where ground is on the frame, so where is it?

"Ground" is the negative battery terminal. Start there.

well ground wire is good, I noticed that there is 2 red circuit brakers, I got no power behind them on any terminal I tried pushing it hard but nothing. shouldn't I have power on one side at all times even if braker is open? how do I conferm if braker is good?

Yes, even if the breakers are broken there should be constant power to one terminal. You're getting closer to the solution.
