Can anyone tell me the year and what the oil to gas ratio is for my sea king?<br />The model number is 5001106c<br />The Serial number is 371798<br />the Type number is XTV27005B<br />Thanks in advance, cz0946

I'm unable to locate that model number in the Old Outboard Book -- seems unfamiliar for Sea Kings (usually a "GG" designation). But maybe it's a late model. Perhaps made by Chrysler? If it's from the mid-60s or newer, a 50:1 mix would be fine -- but I can't confirm the age for you.

Cant locate your exact number but Im guessing<br /> it is An aircooled Clinton J or K 500 which<br />first appeared in 70.<br /> Mix is 32:1. My manual states outboard oil.<br /> Any TCW3 rated oil will work.
