50 hp Force Outboard problems

Water in cylinder, mud in plugs, head gasket is warped, not sure if head gasket is warped. What is the possible cause of these problems? Please provide suggestions and potential cost. Rebuild or just buy new motor.

If you haven't already, I would pull off head, see if head gasket blown, it sounds like you got motor caught and sucked up severe dirt, usually wipes out water pump housing and if kept running overheated and blown gasket or worst, but i would assume the not so worst, I bought a boat that was packed full of sand, replaced water pump housing and impeller and blown out and was fine.
