Ive got a 2010 50 HP Honda and I cant get the engine to rev more than around 3500 rpm , Ive checked the fuel filters , fuel lines and primer bulb . Ive run the motor under load and in neutral , could it be the TPS sensor . There are no alarms sounding or any visual problems . Any ideas ?
