50hp 1972 Johnson Ignition Wiring

Hope you can help !!
I am after the wiring diagram for a 1972 Johnson 50hp seahorse
for the ignition system i have replaced the coils after the previous owner
had a problem and removed them and used a motorbike one

I also need a wirring diagram.
I just bought my first boat.
I just ordered a tach and went out to the boat and was looking for the grey wire.

I removed some tape and the insulation of wires just turned to powder. After pulling more tape I found that most of the wires are just powder and the wire itself is discenerating.
I also think I need a wiring harness replace ment.
72 johnson 55 HP electric start without trim.

I have a 1972 Johnson 40 hp electric start, have manual to same but does not show wiring harness for same for ignition switch wiring to the harness. Anyone have wiring diagram for same?
