50hp Mercury slips into neutral

I have a new 50 hp Mercury. It appears to slip into neutral at about 1/4 throttle. It operates fine at near idle speed. It has been back to the dealer to fix this problem once already... they claimed to have found a problem in the"venacle????" and made the repair. Obviously not, since it did it repeatedly again today. This doesn't happen all of the time, ran great yesterday. Does anyone have any thoughts before I contact the dealer again? The motor has less than 15 hours on it.

I've checked some other post with similar problems....is it possible this is from a spun hub or other prop issues?
