Purchased a used tilt trip on ebay for my 50 hp. When I received the unit I noticed that the trim motor has 3 wires;blue,green and black. The motor that I have only has a blue and green. Looking at the relay switch there is a blue,green and black indicated connectors. Can I use the 3 wire motor in place of the two wire, just connect the black wire to the correct location on the relay? Any info is appreciated.
