53 erude 15 horse tell tale where is it

can someone tell me where the tell tale on these old motors is the serial number is 15012-71690<br />i tried to start it with the muffs and with the barrel and didnt see no water dont want to overheat thanks

Its too old to have a tell-tale, that's for sure. It should spit some water out the exhaust relief hole though.
