Hello, have a 1970 55 hp Chrysler that I put in the water and it ran great. The next trip it started right up but now seems to be down on power. It runs smooth and idles but barely gets up on a plane. It does cruise along without hesitation, surging or backfiring just seems to have slowed down. Any thoughts would be great. Plugs are new but was wondering if one set of points could have closed and what would that effect be.
