To figuer out if it is problem with the CD module, switch the triggerwires at T1 and T4 (put green at T1 and white/blue at T4) then you have to change # 1 ign.coil to + ground and # 2 to - ground.
Now the T1 output operate # 2 cyl. and T4 output operate # 1 cyl.
If the problem now moves, then there is a problem with the CD module. If not there seams not to be a ign. issue.

Thanks again Nordin, I will try that but now I have new discoveries to report and more issues.
Discovery 1, while testing yesterday all of a sudden I was getting spark AND firing on the dead cylinder. This was the new discovery and new hope!

But, then nothing. That turned out to be the fact that I was running out of fuel in my tank. So more fuel and then no spark, no fire.

More Issues, my water tank started on fire with all the excess fuel in the water! Very scary! I had a blazing fire in my garage but, somehow, I managed to get it out before spreading. This seems to have cooked the water pump because now I have no water flow.

Discovery 2, see picture below, this is where the extra fuel was coming from. So, I had another motor that I stole the diaphragm from. But, now without a water pump I can't test to see if I have solved the problem. How hard is it to change the water pump? Is there a good instruction set somewhere that you are aware of?
