What are the signs of a rich fuel mixture? Loss of RPM? Excessive oil/fuel draining from the weep holes? Coughing after extended run at low speed?

Also the signs of excessive oil ( 50 :1 ) or not using TWC3

Start with a compression/spark test.
Change the plugs and reset the carb.One turn out on the air screw.
Final adjustment in the water.
Rebuild the fuel pump.
Check for water in the gas.
How much oil you using? 1 pint to 6 gal.No more ,no less.

you got to love yanks ..pints and gallons ..LOL ....mind you those little gallons 3.84 litres not a rest of the world gallon at 4.54 litres ....suppose that means you have little pints too ...
