Hi,I got this baby to run today but it will not idle properly. It will start with the low speed jet adj to 1 1/2 turns out but to start and keep it running I need to give it throttle to the point of were the cam just starts to move the throttle plate. Now a little history...coils,cond,points all new ,carb has been cleaned (plug removed).I fitted a fuel pump to her and this seems to be working fine.New tank, line, primer bulb.I am thinking it is a point adjustment.I had adjusted them to .020 at the point on the cam were the arrow is(TOP>).I am thinking this because all I am really doing is advancing the spark to get her to idle.Any Ideas.Do I need to gap a little more or less?<br />Is this arrow on the cam the proper place for the points to be full open? Thanks Jim
