Because of iboats, when I was a mile or so out in the wilderness and this motor died, I was able to quickly diagnose the problem and enact a fix to limp back to the launch. THe small metal clip that holds the pinned throttle arm to the timing advance arm was missing. I lashed it together(was hard to do, a clothes pin would have worked well) to get back. <br />Q's: Should I be able to find this part new? Does anybody have one they can send me for a reasonable fee? Do people usually just make a new one of stainless steel? Thanks
