I'm running into the same issue.. have 39/40 psi (gauge needle bounces) until my RPM is around 3500..then the pressure starts dropping off until i get a surge issue and the pressure drops off.... I've replace both regulators. Both pumps...fuel filter...replaced my 3/8 line to 1/2 inch ..ran out of a 5 gal gas can... is it possible I have a restriction in my fuel cooler?? any help would be greatly
