With this evinrude 1990 6hp, when I turn the flywheel by hand I get no spark at both coil secondarys. I get 20 volts on the lower wire goin to the primary terminal of the bottom coil. I get .20 volts going to the primary terminal of the top coil. the manual says the voltage to primary terminals should be 125 volts. sounds to me like I need a ignition module or power pack, Which is it? Also if I get even a small voltage going to the coil primarys shouldn't I get some type of voltage output from the coils, if they are good.
