6 hp Johnson Hood Cowl - What will fit this?

Does anybody know what hood cowls will fit a 78 6hp Johnson? I have seen that sometimes different hp and year motor hood cowls fit. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Hi SLVRGBLN,
The only cowls that will fit your motor are other 6hp Johnson cowls coing back the late 1960s, and mid to late 1970s Evinrude 6hp cowls. 1960s and early 1970s Evinrude cowlings will not fit, nor will Johnrude cowls from 1980 on up. Hope that helps...
