60hp Mariner F-ward & reverse gears

I have a 3 cyl 60Hp Mariner, 1984 model. Low hours but the gears were damaged when beaching the boat. Both the f-ward and revers gears are damaged together with the "docking gear". I can't seem to find any replacements parts in South Africa. Any suggestions?<br /><br />Thanks

Can one fit the bigfoot lower unit to the motor?

ishopmarine.com has an option during their checkout to select your country , and south africa is in there... use their "Parts list" link and find the parts, or call them up...<br /><br />You dont have any merc dealers near you?
