After changing plugs and gettting a new fuel tank and line and some Sea-foam junk I attempted to start. I mixed at 24:1 as was previoulsy told. what are the correct settings for the low speed and high speed knobs. I had the high speed at like 5 and the low speed I ran until seated and backed at 3. I tride to start and I have to run full throttle almost then its like it runs out of fuel. I checked the glass bulb and there is very little fuel in it. But If it crack open the bulb and pressure it up to bleed off I am assuming air I can wait 10 minutes and fire it again same problem. Am I flooding it? were is all the fuel going? Am I running out I wonder? It doesn't want to idle at all. Should I replace the fuel lines from the connector to the carb and bulb? I am lost

The correct initial settings for the two knobs is:
High speed - turn all the way in until it seats (lightly) and back it out 3/4 of a turn.
Low speed - turn all the way in until it seats (lightly) and back it out 1 and 1/2 turns.

To set them correctly, you must have the engine on the boat and in the water. For now if you get it running, just turn in the low speed control until you get the best idle with no sneezing. You will have to remove the knob(s) to do this - the actual numbers they point to are meaningless.
Now, when you hook up the tank and pump the primer bulb until it gets hard, is there still air in sight glass then?

yes and it seems that there is air I took off the fuel lines and may have found the problem one side of the line had good fuel flow and the line coming from the glass bowl kinda drizzled fuel so I think the fuel lines are junk and will replace tommorow, thanks for the info on the knobs I would never have got it right.I hope to get back to it tommorow

No trouble. You may want to consider picking up a service manual for that Seahoarse. It really does wonders for the head-scratching. You can also probably borrow one from the local library.
Once you get it running, follow Joe Reeves advice on how to set those controls perfectly:
The glass bowl should have a filter in under there. See that it's not clogged up too. But replace those lines anyway - they're probably shot (unless they've been recently replaced). Do yourself a huge favor and pick up some half-decent hose clamps while your at it. Those stock wire ones have no redeeming features.
