ok guys try and follow me here.
i have a 63 fast twin i picked up for 100 bucks. she is set up with electric start with the 5 prong plug, celinoid hooked up to the choke the starter and bracket. i wanna put it back together w/o the sterter, thats goin on my 25 hp. problem is conecting the choke with out using the celinoid and associated bracket. i have a feeling the carb is not factory equipment on this engine cause i also have a 68 # 18802e which all the carb gaskets cross refference out ok but don't fit this 63 22 cuber. was there any certain years that other carbs where bolt ons for the 18302L?
pics to follow.

Same carburetor year after year until the early 1970's models.----Perhaps a 25 hp carburetor was installed.----Post pictures.---25 HP model 22 cubers used a different carburetor.
