63' Johnson 10hp Throttle issues

Hello, I have a 1963 Johnson Qd-23 10hp Outboard where the throttle is slipping.
I have taken off the tiller And that doesn't seem to be the problem.
I pretty sure the problem is In-between the Throttle gear or bushing and Throttle lever.
If anyone has any idea of where to find these parts or how to fix the issue please let me know.
