I have a 1964 Evin. 75hp. Going through the carb (single two barrel). The low speed screws were only 1/4 turn out. What is the proper # of turns out to start with?
You have a type 1b style of carb,it has fixed high speed jets and low speed are adjustable. From snug you back out 1 1/2 turns and make final adjustments from there.It is a double barrel downdraft carb.
