Well here Iam again.<br /> I pulled the head off cleaned it up,ran it over some emory cloth on peice of glass to make sure the surface was flat,looked good no high spots.<br /> torqued to specs, in the right sequence.Put in a new thermostat.Mount engine on the boat, Set the motoe in the tank. WEnt to start.By the fourth pull the lower cylander was so full of water the starter cord couldnt be pulled.I pulled the plug out water everywhere.I pulled the starter cord the engine started up and ran.<br /> Water spraying out of the lower cyander.Can anyone help me.<br /> 1965,9.5 serial j2558934 mod mo-11c<br /> thanks brace
