650 Merc lower unit removal

1965 Mercury 650...

How the heck do you remove the lower unit? I got the two nuts on both sides of the front of the motor, the two underneath the cav plate, the one under the trim tab...what else am i missing?

I have another OEM one which is kind of lousy, both in shape/quality and instructions. Great news that there's a better one. I'll look around for it. Thanks.
