Hey everyone I have 67 18hp evinrude I replaced the impellar on and it's spitting water out better now than it was. I was told it should be more of a pea stream but it's not. It shoots water out pretty good though, is that good and not heart the motor. And one more thing the guy who helped me change it thought there should be a flush plug or something to be able to flush it. Is this true or am I ok with the way the water is coming out. And will 90 w oil work in my lower unit.

Your motor won't have a "pee stream". Water will come out through the exhaust and look like a "spray" as you described. Not all older outboards had a flush plug. Yes 90 w oil is ok in the lower unit. Just be sure it's a good quality and is made for marine motors.
