Tilt motor bench tests fine both forward and reverse. When using the dash switch nothing happens. Not getting any clicking in the solenoids when using the switch.
Maybe a silly question, but is there a fuse involved? Mine goes through the main buss block, but there was also an inline fuse at the unit that was not seated properly in the holder.

I didnt see one. I'll take another look today but I'm pretty sure there's not. The previous owner seems to have done some rewiring so nothing would suprise me at this point.
Problem solved. Bad connection at the fuse block. I'm going to clean the entire fuse block while I'm at it and replace all of the female end connectors.
