67 to 70 merc 500

I just got this 67 duo with a merc 500 & i can't find serial number nor the drain & fill to the oil on the outboard? And does it have an oil filter?

Those are 2-stroke engines. The only oil that may need changing will be the lower unit grease. Mix gas at 50:1 ratio.
