68 9 1/2 johnson settings

Hi I have a 68 9 1/2 that I got going this summer but haven't got it running like it should. Need some help on the settings and getting it adjusted. It now runs but I can't seem to get it past idle speed. I guess I need to start from sero and get it set?

Could be running on one cylinder also.
