Have to use choke to keep it going.I did put new float in it today.at wot it runs fine although the moreI run it.the better it runs .is there any other adjustments on carbs besides the high speed adjustments fuel pump is good so are the plugs and the spark I'm hoping I don't have to rebuild the carbs any suggestions would be nice.something else I am running some rich fuel in it I've only got one tank and I also got a 1960 Johnson 10hp maybe that could be it

You should be running 50:1 or you could goo it up some. It sounds like dirty low speed circuit in the carb(s). I don't know your engine but there should also be a low speed adjustment for the carb(s) which you could try.

There are 2 low speed adjustments but there sealed I was thinking of drilling them out out to get to the screws but I don't know of this is the right thing to do.I work on echo weed wackers alot and there carb adjustments are factory sealed and have to be drilled maybe some one can tell me if this has been done before I don't want to ruin the carbs
