69 1250 compression ?

i just did a compression test all cylinders 122 but the top one was only 90 motor has been sitting for years last sticker on boat read 96 can i take it out for arun like this to see if things improve thanks for your time

Yes, run it a while and put some type of decarb through it to help loosen any rings that may be stuck from sitting around and then do anouther compression test.

i take decarb goes in the gas mix should oil mixture stay the same ratio thanks laddies
