So I am almost done on working on an used 6hp evinrude fisherman I bought and I need for it a new set of spark plugs. I’ve found two answers online for what plug to use. The original manual says to use a champion j4c but people say online a j6c will work. I would rather go with the j6c if I can because I can find them locally but if it’s the wrong plug I don’t want to use it. So my final question is will a champion j6c plug work in my outboard?
