69 saf t mate

Hi everyone my first time here. Me and the girlfriend are restoring a 69 saf t mate 15ft fiberglass boat. I was wondering what's the best stuff I can use for flooring fiberglass all that. This is our first time doing this so we will have lots of questions lol. Also what size motor could we put on there? Came with no motor and not plate on the boat for ratings. Thanks for the help!
