Check the compression, it could have blown a head gasket or something. I suppose it should be around 80 PSI or so.

How do you know fuel is going in the carburetor? Did you remove the hex drain plug? If you did, and fuel does indeed flow out, AND it is fuel, not water, then recheck the spark. If it will jump a 1/4" gap, it is ok.

If it has adequate compression, clean fuel, and adequate spark, it will run. Unless the high speed orifice in the carburetor is plugged up.

Put in water barrel, squirt about 1/2 teaspoon of 50 to 1 mix gas in each cylinder replace plugs try to start, should at least get a sputter. If it sputters or runs a bit its a fuel problem. good luck

First try a different fuel tank & hose, with FRESH-KNOWN fuel! check ALL fuel/vac hoses if good try to start. if no luck unhook fuel line from fuel pump to carb squeeze bulb make sure you have fuel coming from pump. If so do the 1/2 teaspon fuel in cylinder thing with this hose unhooked and see if fuel pump is working. if it squirts out a bit of fuel its most likely good, next unhook carb remove bowl inspect and clean, I use spray can carb cleaner it works fine, replace carb and try to start if all hose connections are good and tight, fuel is good/fresh, pump is good, carb is clean she will run..
