Can someone out there tell me what the old 6hp Mercury weighed? They made them up till 68. And, wasn't that motor on a frame of it's own? What I mean is, it didn't share any common parts with other Mercury motors like the later blue band 7.5/9.8 did it? Was it perhaps a little smaller frame motor that the later 7.5s/9.8s? Thanks RB.
