7.4mpi, Sn L609577, ran the engine with muffs, everything looked good but found what looks to be a vacuum hose hanging freely, smelled fuel coming from it. First there should be no fuel in a vacuum line correct? Second i believe it goes down to the fuel pressure regulator, not even sure if its been connected because the line seemed a little short to reach the regulator. Would you conclude that the line should be connected and there should not be fuel in that line? Im sure thats the case but looking for confirmation. And if there shouldnt be fuel, that its most likely the diaphram in the regulator? Thanks.
