7.4GL riser bracket

I'm in the process of replacing my exhaust manifold and risers. Currently my risers have a small bracket to hold the oil filter and electronic box. When looking at online risers, they dont have the same bracket. Is this something I need to weld on or is it because the riser is aftermarket.

I plan to get OEM exhaust manifolds.
