'70 chrysler idle help

so heres the story i have a 1970 70hp Chrysler outboard that Ive been fighting with since i got it the problem I'm having is it goes to wot as soon as i start it. i just replaced the head gasket an before doing that i cleaned the carbs an had them adjusted it ran half way OK before the gasket blew it was just a Lil tough to start i guess my question is how do i turn down the idle i checked all 3 carbs an nothing is hanging up that i can see i know on my 2stroke ATV theres an idle screw but i cant find one on these I'm new to outboards so theres got to be something I'm not seeing please help i just wanna go fishing lol
