70 Johnson carbs spit fuel

J70TLCEM installed a set of CCMS reeds and now it is spitting fuel from all three carbs, any suggestions?

something not installed right with the reeds and they are not seating.

Just pulled em and they weren't set right- off center. Also water in the fuel!!!!! Got a set of CC reeds to put back in it.
