707he wont start

Have a 70hp 707he. Wont start. Got it running about 3 week ago and drove it for about an hr abt the balljoint on the steering linkage broke and now it wont start. I have spark and fuel. There is jo neutral safty switch on this motor. Any suggestions

Do the plugs get wet?

Jerryjerry, that modelnumber 707HE is a 1972 Chrysler.

Its a chrysler. All plugs have spark and the timing marks still line up so i assume the flywheel key is ok. I did find a chunk of what looked like epoxey off the rotor button had fallen off.
