i have a 94 70hp force engine.the tilt/trim doesnt work when you try to raise or lower the motor. the two silenoids just click ive tried running 12 volts to the tilt/trim motor but nothing happens is there any way to check the silenoids to see if they are bad.i had trouble last year with the same problem but it started working when i got home from the lake but now its doing it again.ive even tried cleaning the brushes.the points in the tilt/trim has fire with my test light.
