I just UN-winterized my boat, installed the batteries, hooked up the water and started it to check it out.
I noticed water coming from the top of the lower unit (there is a small hole on the front side) and some coming from that general area. None is coming from the boltup section though, and I got good flow at the top of the motor at the pee hole.
Iv'e had this boat for 2-3 years and never noticed it before. I only run the motor out of the water at the start and end of the season so I could have missed seeing this I guess.
Is this normal? Do I need a seal kit?
