70ph evinrude year???

Hey guys,

pritty new to it all right, so i brought this boat the other week with really only paying most attention to the boat itself not the motor. Now it's fix time lol. but don't know what year, Plates been removed, i can only find the number on the round metal cap thing(a0610364).

I will attach some photos maybe it might help more.

Also, any ideas how i can fix this. Bolts rusted n snapedinside.

I would say you might have to sacrifice that exhaust manifold. Probably no longer available. That motor has an Australia serial number. Is that where you are located? You guys do some pretty amazing salvaging.

Sorry----Looked at the engine block just now.-----Powerhead is a 56 cubic inch.----Could be an 86 model and as new as a 91 model.
