Recently purchased this motor on a 15' checkmate.... can't figure out the HP rating OR the model year....all I can make out is rds-24 on the model #. Is a "Super Quiet" Electric sea horse.<br />I need to know WHAT it is before I can begin asking you guys HOW to fix it !! lol<br />Steve
