71 larson tri hull,70 force what prop should i use

so I just got this boat and it will go about 23 mph I think its the prop runs great don't have rpm gage so don't know how many I am running it has a 13 p prop on it I think the prop is getting air if I rev to fast but the drive is all the way in the water oh the boat is 16 foot please help

Welcome It's really difficult to tell very much without more specific information.
To evaluate your performance we need speed by gps and your present wot rpm.
Some cells have a gps app.And an induction tach like a Tinytach is easy to install and reasonable.
If you read the stickys at the top of the prop forum and get us as much info as possible it will help.
In prop selection your motor needs to operate within the recommended max. rpm range at wot(wide open throttle)
Your 23 mph seems slow and guessing much of your info your rpm may be 4000. at wot.
Your motor needs to be close to 5000 at wot. We need your lightly loaded wot rpm and gps speed.
