75 Horse Mariner Hell

Has anyone heard of a bleed valve that is located in the motor. Tech said that sometimes this .50 cent valves will go bad and the motor will run great out of the water but in the water in gear these valves will allow the motor to flood with fuel. He said it is not in the carb but in the motor itself.

Hi Clarence<br />It inside the fuelpump.<br />The Fuelpump is located on starboard side of the block. Just follow the fuelline from the tank to the carb. In the middel you got the pump.<br /><br />If I remember I mail you a drawing from my manual.<br /> but give me some time, I have to rebuild my computer this evening, but I hope it still works after <br /><br />Mikael
