I have a 1999 Force 75 HP on a 20 ft pontoon boat...my prop says on it...13x19...at WOT it barely reaches 4300 RPM but seems sluggish alot...What size prop do I need to put on it to get the motor to perform better?

Re: 75 HP Force Prop size

I would go at least 15 pitch... My boat had a 17 pitch and I was getting 4500-4600 rpm.... going to 15 got me 5000-5100 rpm... normally you gain 200 rpm for every pitch drop - so from 19 to 15 you should gain around 800 rpm and get you around 5000 rpm.... your engine is rated to go 5250 rpm

The Spitfire Pontoon(4 blade) is referred to by Mercury as the best pontoon prop in their line up.

The prop selector calls for a 15 pitch for your boat.
