75 hp Mariner

My 1990 Mariner 75 HP motor won't get spark on the bottom sparks. I checked the coils and are fine, I also touch the CDI with a 12 volt tester so see if if was sending spark to the coils but could not figure anything out.<br />Thanks for all the help in advance..

First..buy a manual....Second....dose it make fire flies at nite with the hood off? Third...Spark jumping from end cap to ground with plug disconnected? Fourth...Check to see if spark plug is shorting out internaly? Any more requires Manual..
