1990 mercury 75 hp serial number oc228208. motor will start and idle, but stalls out when put in gear, or lift the high idle arm. if I keep choking while raising the high idle arm it stays running. has good spark on all 3 cyls. tryed a spare fuel tank, no better. new bulb and hose from tank to motor. tryed sqeezing the bulb while trying to raise rpm did not help. compression is 110,115, and 120. any and all help is greatly appreciated.
