75 HP Mercury Tracker fouls plug/idles down

Serial # OT211806 75ELPTO Model # 1-075412YN<br />Mercury Tracker 75 HP<br />The first time it happend we changed all the plugs out, the plugs were a little oily, it then fouled again, the bottom plug had a lot of black carbon and the other two plugs had a lot of oil on them. (2 stroke engine). When the plug fouls the engine idles down to half puttering speed. We then changed the plugs again and within 5 minutes the same scenario occured. We emptied the gas to ensure no water in tank, we changed out the fuel filter, and we sprayed the carb with carb cleaner. Any suggestions?

Are you getting any excess gas out the exhaust?<br />Have you been able to run it at higher rpm's? If so how did it run?<br /><br />I know it is a Merc in Tracker colors, but do you by chance know what Merc put inside there? Is it a true Merc, or maybe a Force or Mariner?<br /><br />What year is it? '93?

Yes it is a Mariner, we'll check out the oil injector, that is what we thought as well. More than likely we'll leave it up to a boat mechanic to fix. Thanks for your help and insight.
