I m new to the boating world . I'll run her full out for a half an hour and then shut her down and then when I go to run it again its hard to bring those rpms up again without it bogging. It seems to be gatting worse every day. I've noticed the previous owner left me a can of carb-cleaner under t he seat? Any ideas on what might be the problem? Should I use the carb-cleaner and how?
