78 Johnson 85 Water pump question

I am looking for an online description of how to change impeller on my johnson 1978 85. I am looking for a exploded view and maybe a few walk thru tips on how to do this. I have had the engine running with forced water but it has been sitting a while and i wanted to be safer than sorry when it comes to real water. I am new here and the tips i have recieved so far have gotten me from a 3 year sitting engine to a good runner in three days. I think all i have left is to replace the impeller and im good to go. Thanks so much for that video link, that will definitly help. One more thing, when i remove the lower i am assuming i can leave all of the oil in without losing it, is this correct or should i drain it first?

Gear oil has absolutely nothing to do with the water pump.
